Our Retreats

Retreats offer an opportunity to step away from the usual day-to-day distractions and immerse yourself in mindfulness meditation. They provide a much-needed antidote to the stresses of daily life. Whether you’re new to mindfulness and looking to take your first steps, or you have some prior experience, our retreats are designed to be both calming and revitalising.

What does a day retreat entail?

Each day retreat begins with refreshments and introductions before we ease into relative silence. Throughout the day, you will take part in multiple guided meditation practices, each thoughtfully aligned with the retreat’s theme. Weather permitting, there will also be an optional mindful silent walk - a wonderful opportunity to connect with nature, yourself, and others.

The schedule includes a morning break and a one-hour lunch break, giving you ample time to explore the local area or simply relax at the centre. The day concludes with time for reflection and discussion, allowing you to share and deepen your experience of the retreat.
