Our concessionary rate operates on a trust-based policy, where we rely on individuals to claim the reduced price only if they are truly eligible.

 

Eligibility for concessionary rates is as follows:

• Unemployed or low waged

• In receipt of universal benefit

• Of state pension age

• Full-time student
