Regular Sessions
Many people appreciate the importance of having access to regular mindfulness meditation sessions and value the opportunity to practice with others in a group setting.
These face-to-face sessions are open to everyone, whether you are new to mindfulness or have prior experience. Each session will include two guided meditation practices, along with time for reflection and discussion.​
The sessions are held on the top floor of the Old Low Light Heritage Centre in North Shields on the first Saturday of every month, 10.00 - 11.00am. This is a fantastic venue with great views across the river.

What do the sessions entail?
Each session begins with a brief introduction, followed by a short guided mindfulness meditation practice. This is then followed by small group discussions, allowing for shared reflections. A second guided meditation, often centered on a specific theme, comes next. The session concludes with time set aside for comments and questions, providing an opportunity for further exploration and insight.
