One-to-One or Group Sessions
Private one-to-one or group sessions provide an opportunity for highly tailored training in mindfulness, whether for therapeutic purposes or for professional development.

The content of these sessions is designed with your needs in mind following an initial free consultation meeting.

Sessions tend to involve discussion, guided meditation and reflection. You can opt for an individual or a series of sessions that suit you or your group's requirements.

Sessions are entirely tailored so can vary from person to person and group to group, but all sessions will involve guided meditations, discussion, reflection, and teaching about mindfulness and how it can help you. You can opt for individual or a series of sessions depending on your requirements. Sessions can be weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
